Region financial security as a complex element of state financial safety.

Abstract

The concept of state financial security, its structure and current status are defined. The economic essence and structure of the region financial security and its place in the overall system of the state financial security are considered. The methodology for assessing financial security of the region based on nineteen indicators including security: debt, budget, investment, social sector, business sector and banking. The number of calculated indicators and indicators that do not correspond to the limit values by grouping according to economic zoning is shown. An assessment of the financial safety of the regions of Ukraine in 2016 is proposed. The powers of the state authorities regarding ensuring the management of financial security of the state and the state of their implementation are considered. The model of "information provision, level monitoring and management" was formed. Based on the research, the main problems identified as those that have an impact on the financial security of the regions and the ways of their neutralization. In order to regulate the level of financial security of the state it is necessary to create based on the NSDCU with the support of the Cabinet of Ministers to monitor and manage the financial security of Ukraine and regions.
