Attracting investments into the economy with weak dynamics of economic growth.

The article is devoted to the study of feasibility of state intervention in the process of raising capital to promote economic development of a country with limited domestic market. The basis for the hypothesis has been taken out of the theory of economic equilibrium of Estonian economist R.Nurkse, according to which due to investment intervention of state underdeveloped economy can be accelerated. There have been determined on the example of the national economy the degree of influence of the main factors on FDI and the nature of the investment process in Ukraine, as a non-systematic and limited. It was studied that the lack of capital significantly limits the performance of production, instead – existing investment capital is more speculative than stimulating. It is possible to prove the feasibility of the ideas of R.Nurkse, in particular, the importance of state support of the investment process in Ukraine and levelling the destructive effect of the banking system on economic development.References
