Evaluation of financial market flexibility during the credit boom.

The paper proposes a methodological approach to the evaluation of market flexibility that functioning under cyclic economy development at the stage of economic recovery with credit boom. Assessment of market flexibility Ukraine on the eve of the crisis of 2008-2009. carried out on the basis of a two-dimensional evaluation - ex-ante and ex-post. As an integrated assessment of flexibility applied composite indicator. For valuation benchmarks used to calculate the maximum, minimum values of the sample countries. This sample formed on the criteria of resulting flexibility according to the particular characteristics of the market functional capacity at a particular stage of the cycle. The similarities of the credit boom in Ukraine with the same in developing countries have identified.References
